When purchasing items from our site, all items come with FREE Shipping.

If items are being returned to us for repairs, we only ask that you pay to have all your items sent back to you. 

Repairs on all Anderson Koinva's work is FREE.  Repairs cover cracks, splitting, refinishing, buffing, straightening, balancing, replacement of jump rings or hooks.

These repairs also cover works done by Bernard Dawahoya.

If you see an item on our site that you'd like to purchase but it is not currently available, please email us at anytime to place an order.

You item will take 2-3 days to be made and shipped with FREE shipping.

On Bracelet Cuffs, take a string and wrap it around your wrist.  Measure end-to-end and send us the measurements to get an accurate size.

Rings are standard sizing.
